By creating an account or using our service, you agree to the following Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Overview
PTV Technologies, Inc. (“PlentiTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides access to an IPTV portal that allows customers to access live television channels and video-on-demand content made available by independent third-party stream providers.
We do not:

Own any content

Host any content
-
Store any content
-
Broadcast any content
-
Control third-party streams
We only provide access to third-party streaming sources.
Channel availability, content libraries, and stream quality are controlled entirely by third-party providers and may change at any time without notice.
2. No Guarantee of Channel Availability or Uptime
We do not guarantee:

Continuous channel availability

Specific channels
-
Specific shows, events, or programs
-
Uninterrupted streaming
-
Error-free performance
Channels may be added, removed, modified, or interrupted at any time without notice.
Temporary downtime, buffering, server changes, maintenance interruptions, or provider-side issues do not qualify for refunds.
3. No Ownership of Content
All content accessible through our service belongs to its respective third-party providers.
We claim no ownership rights in any content accessed through the platform.
We are not responsible for:

Content legality in specific jurisdictions

Content licensing
-
Content accuracy
-
Content removal
-
Content disputes
Any concerns regarding content must be directed to the original content provider.
4. Payments, Subscription & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
All payments are final after the 7-day money-back period (first-time users only).
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Failed payments may result in immediate suspension.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account manager.
To cancel:

Go to the Products & Services menu at:

Under the Active menu, select the service you wish to cancel.

Under the selected plan options menu, select Billing.

Click the Cancellation Options menu.

Enter a cancellation reason and click Submit.
Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged further after cancellation.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Strict Policy)
If you file a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal with your financial institution without first contacting our support team:

Your account will be immediately suspended.

You may be permanently banned from future service.

You will be responsible for all chargeback fees, processing fees, and administrative costs incurred by PlentiTV.

Service will not be restored until all dispute-related fees are paid in full.
You agree to contact customer support to resolve any billing issue before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks will be reported to payment processors and may impact your ability to use online payment services in the future.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers only.
After 7 days, all sales are final.
Refund eligibility is determined solely at our discretion.
7. Device Limitation
Service is intended for use on approved personal devices only.
We reserve the right to:

Limit the number of devices connected to an account

Restrict suspicious device activity

Suspend accounts using unauthorized or modified devices
Use of emulators, VPN abuse, device manipulation, or suspicious access patterns may result in account suspension.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to hack or disrupt the service

Reverse engineer the platform

Resell the service commercially
-
Engage in fraudulent payment behavior

Use stolen payment methods
Violation may result in permanent termination without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
PlentiTV shall not be liable for:

Service interruptions

Channel removal
-
Third-party provider actions
-
Buffering or downtime
-
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle.
10. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

Payment disputes or chargebacks
-
Fraud
-
Abuse
-
Violation of these Terms
-
Legal risk to the company
Termination decisions are at our sole discretion.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial laws. Any disputes must be resolved in the jurisdiction determined by PlentiTV.
